Decorative Hardware 4U NOW PROVIDES FREE SHIPPING on any order. Decorative Hardware 4U uses standard UPS ground shipping, and orders will generally take 4 to 6 weeks for delivery depending on the time of the year and the complexity of your order. Decorative Hardware 4U will take no responsibility for any damaged, stolen, or lost goods as a result of the shipping process.

Return Policy
Written Returned Goods Authorizations (RGA's) must be requested by customer and authorized by HIC, via fax, prior to the return of product. Customer must supply original purchase order number and HIC's invoice number. HI cannot guarantee that all RGA requests will be authorized.
Orders over sixty days old will not be accepted for RGA or restocking.
A minimum restocking fee of 25% will be charged on all product which is returned in its original condition. Marred or damaged products will not be accepted for restocking.
Replacement for defective parts will be treated as a separate order and will be billed accordingly. Return of defective parts within 30 days will automatically void invoice.
Misordered parts will be treated as a separate order and will be billed accordingly. If misordered parts do not cost the same as parts being replaced, customer will be responsible for any differences in price. Parts must be returned withing 30 days.
Hacienda Iron Craft, Inc. Limited Warranty
HIC warranty conditions are limited to the following, whether express or implied:
One year warranty on mechanical or finish defects in materials or workmanship effective as of HIC invoice date.
HIC is not liable for labor or other costs relating to the sale, installation, use, or replacement or for any damages caused by heavy impact, abuse, mishandling, or metal oxidation due to atmospheric conditions.
HIC is not responsible for damage caused by paint thinners, strippers, chemicals or construction adhesives which may come in contact with hardware.

By nature, wrought iron has a tendency to oxidize when exposed to moisture. We treat our hardware with the Birchwood Casey cold blackening system and Break-Through Acrylic sealing system (when applicable) and rust preventives. Our hardware is coated with acrylic and baked at high heat and thin waxed. Continued wear and exposure to ultraviolet rays and moisture may weaken the acrylic coating. We cannot guarantee that iron hardware will not rust over time. THERE ARE NO IMPLIED WARRANTIES WHICH EXTEND BEYOND THE DESCRIPTION ON THE FACE HEREOF, AND THERE IS NO WARRANTY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, OF MERCHANTIBILITY.
